Hey there! I'm Ben Welnak and own and run Northwoods Sauna Company. I live in Hayward with my wife, Amy, daughter, Paige, and son, Claeson.

Inspired by the region’s natural beauty, our goal is creating spaces where people can unwind, connect, and recharge. We offer sauna rental options right to your place in Hayward and surrounding areas, including Stone Lake, Spooner, Shell Lake, Birchwood, Winter, Cable, Barnes, Drummond, and Lake Namekagon. Whether it’s a cozy escape after a day outdoors or a new way to embrace wellness, we’re all about sharing that one-of-a-kind sauna vibe with the people of the Northwoods.
