Hey there! I'm Ben Welnak and I live in Hayward with my wife, Amy, daughter, Paige, and son, Claeson. 

I started Northwoods Sauna Company in 2021 to share sauna with the Northwoods. I'm currently focused on rental sauna options in the Hayward and surrounding areas.
